8 Week Mind, Body & Lifestyle Challenge Includes the Following:

1. Unlimited Group Fitness Training:

Includes a 90 minute Introductory Consultation

This is where your coach listens to your story; how you are feeling, what you have tried, what you want to achieve, anything that will help move you forward. They will also conduct a Structural Balance Assessment & Postural Analysis, which will identify any movement restrictions, weakness or limitations, so that we personalize your training program, even in group training.

Your coach will also complete a Bio-Feedback analysis. What is going on, on the inside, reflects on the outside. This includes discussing things such as your sleep, stress loads, energy levels and more. Understanding your Bio-Feedback and your lifestyle habits, will help your coach create a plan of success for you, taking an holistic approach.

Included is a Body Composition Analysis, using our Tanita Scales, to identify your muscle mass, body fat percentage, basal metabolic age, basal metabolic rate, visceral fat rating and hydration levels.

Classes are capped at 12 people upstairs and 16 people downstairs to ensure personal service is maintained.

All sessions are live streamed via Zoom so you can access the sessions virtually if you cannot make it into the studio.

In this workshop you will:

  • Understand what macronutrients and micronutrients your body needs most for overall health, optimal muscle growth, improving bone density and optimal fat loss.
  • Understand how your body can naturally determine portion control without the need for calorie counting or restrictive diets.
  • Identify any food sensitives and how they could be holding you back and making you feel miserable.
  • Understand your sugar cravings; why you get them and how you can stop them.
  • Identify any toxins you might be getting exposed to, how to limit exposure and remove toxic contamination in your body, so you can improve your health, energy and increase fat loss.
  • Learn how stress is holding you back, and what you can do about it.

5. Healthy Habits Program:

Our daily habits, or behaviour, is what helps us move forward in life, or holds us back. It is repetitive behaviour that we perform, usually subconsciously, and often leads to self-sabotage.

The Healthy Habits Program will help you identify and break the bad habits that have been holding you back, and adopt the necessary habits, that will help  you move forward.  You will work closely with your own coach, implementing everything you learn in the "Conquer Your Mindset Workshop".

The program includes a well-being assessment and scorecard created by Wellness Coaching Australia. This will help you identify areas of your lifestyle and habits that you need most improving, identify your readiness for change, help you combat self-sabotage.

You will have a 45-min consultation with your coach at the beginning of the program to set up your action plan and healthy habits, and a 30-min consultation at the end of the program with your coach, to review your progress and outline any other areas that might still need attention, if any.

Each week throughout the program, you will have an online review with your coach. Here is where you will identify what is working for you and what you might be struggling with and need extra support. Your coach will then offer strategies for moving forward and combating anything you might be struggling with. 

6. Nutrition Coaching Program:

This program is specifically designed for people that struggle to achieve optimum results in their health and body composition results.

You will attend a one hour consultation with your Nutrition Coach to go over your Personal History Questionnaire which covers your medical, food sensitivities, preferences and previous diets you may have tried.  Your Nutrition Coach will also discuss your food recollection diary with you. They will conduct a Bio-Feedback assessment to see how your nutrition and lifestyle have effected things such as your sleep, energy levels and how well you cope with stress. 

Your coach will use all of this information to create your Initial Action Plan which will also contain your meal plan for Phase 1 of the program. There are three fortnightly phases, each with their own one hour consultation with your Nutrition Coach.

Phase one is a 14-day Nutrition Boot Camp. This is where we remove all processed food and inflammatory food, to re-set your hormones and break sugar addictions.

In Phase two, we start to reintroduce various foods, and test for any food sensitivities which may be holding you back from your fat loss goals. Until hormones are re-set, these are not always easily identified in every day life without the Nutrition Boot Camp phase.

In Phase 3 we collaborate everything you have learned in the Nutrition Workshop as well as the Nutrition Coaching Program, start to introduce treat food and teach you how you can literally, have your cake and eat it too! You will learn new healthy nutrition habits that you can sustain for life, eating plenty of food, helping you get lean, without dieting or restrictions.
