We have all said that we ‘can’t’ do something or ‘that’s not going to happen’, however my question to you is why? Why do you doubt your body’s ability? Why do you doubt your mind? It is easy to say we can’t but it’s also very easy to say we can.
We all have restrictions that hold us back from doing something, whether it be an injury, medical issue or even family ect. However just because your path isn’t straight and simple doesn’t mean that you don’t have a path at all. We shouldn’t let whatever is restricting/holding us back define who we are or what we do because there is always an alternative. In life we are sent in many directions; we have our ups, downs and sometime we even come face to face with barriers and challenges. However regardless of what we do or whatever the outcome is, there is a common denominator, and this is that we always get up, we always keep on going no matter how hard the situation is. To say we can’t do something is essentially the easiest way out. We all have the potential to strive for greatness, we all have the ability to do things we once thought we couldn’t. Don’t doubt yourself; don’t take the easy way out, because you can achieve what you always wanted, all you need to do is get guided in the right direction and take the right steps in the right direction. Sometimes we just need someone to help us get there.
We all have the power to achieve big things, we all have goals we like to work towards but sometimes they’re not straightforward. Sometimes we have to take a long journey and sometimes we have a small short journey. At the end of the day you will get to the finish line, if you just keep going and don’t quit. My advice to you is keep going, don’t give up on yourself because the more you lose confidence in yourself the greater the chance that you ‘can’t do something’ or can’t achieve something because you can’t connect the dots between your mind and your body.
In life there are many options you can take, many alternative pathway that can lead you in the right direction, how do you get there you ask? Sometimes our goals are bigger than us so we need to recruit others to be part of your support unit; there is no shame in asking for help whether it be a friend, family member, TF staff/ coach. In life you want to surround yourself with the people who care about you and your health and well-being.
Stop saying you can’t because you can! You can achieve so much when you put your mind to it and you have all the right information and support. You can make a difference. All you really need is a push in the right direction!!
