A healthy mindset is a priority to all walks of life. Let’s ask a few simple questions to see where you are at.
-When did I last eat a whole nutritious meal?
-When did I last go outside for some fresh air?
-When was the last time I got a goodnights sleep?
-What can I celebrate today?
-How long have I spent on my phone today?
-What is taking up most of my headspace?
-What can I do today to bring me joy?
Some of your answers may spark something within you. Maybe you can’t answer some of those questions, or maybe you need to debrief with a loved one about your answers.
It’s okay to have days where you aren’t very productive… those days you can try and tap into your emotions and see what they are trying to tell you. Allow yourself to feel and hear your feelings. Trust yourself and trust your journey. Make time for yourself and make sure to take breaks where you need.
Self-care isn’t selfish… It is necessary to live a happy and healthy life. All that good you see in others, look at yourself the same way! Xx
