Meet Nadia. When Nadia joined us in June 2020 she struggled to get through 2 classes per week without suffering immensely with muscle pain from training. Her fatigue was out of control and she was struggling to enjoy life.
Fast forward 9 months, Nadia is doing an average of 6 classes per week with some being back to back. From struggling with body weight exercises she is now challenging herself with heavier weights and reaping the rewards.
Her energy levels are crazy high and her mood so much more balanced. She now bounces into the studio with improve confidence and is loving life.
Nadia has dropped a whopping 20kg. However, the most incredible part is not the weight, it’s the shift that has happened in her mindset. For Nadia, it isn’t the weight that is a major factor. It is the fact that she has learned so much about herself, her mind, her habits, and her life. She has learned how to create a healthier lifestyle without deprivation, without going hungry and by enjoying life. She has developed lifelong skills that will stay for her long term.
No more yo-yo dieting. No more struggling with energy. No more feeling incapable. Nope, this little lass has completely turned her life around.
Nadia committed to Nutrition Coaching with Coach Terri. She complete the initial Nutrition Coaching Program going through nutrition boot camp, testing phase and re-introduction phase, establishing any intolerances and removing any toxins and addictions. She then maintained 6 weekly check-in consults with Coach Terri, who helped set regular goals, kept Nadia accountable and continued Nadia’s education. Nadia coupled this with consistent weekly group fitness training. All of which was achieved after completing a “28 Day Kick Start Challenge”.
