When Remy first joined TF she wanted to improve her overall endurance as well as increase her overall body strength. Remy has been consistently engaging in strength classes such as Tabatta HIIT, Boxing Express, Warrior Excel, Core Connection, Bootcamp and many more! Remy is stronger than ever. This can be seen through her brilliant performance in every class she engages in, her ability to push 60kg Prowler pushes, the power in her punch etc. Remy is an absolute superstar and a force to be reckoned with! For her age, at almost 14 years old, she is the most dedicated and driven young girl I know! Outstanding work Remy!!!

I have found Remy’s training very consistent. She always has her classes booked in advanced and is willing and eager to go into the studio. Remy and I will train together, and she always gives me the encouragement that I need to keep me going and makes sure that I do not slow down.

Here is Remy’s story in her words:
“I joined Terrific Fitness because my mum Leeza is a member and I wanted to improve my fitness.
I wanted to join to bring more attention and focus to my body and overall health. I continue my journey with TF because of the positivity, encouragement and the classes that always leave my body feeling great and proud of myself.
My biggest lesson so far would have to be always listen to your body. When I am really sore, I take time to give my muscles a rest and time to recover because I don’t want to overwork myself.
I have definitely overcome challenges within training classes. At times I challenge my body to push through the last sequence or to the last ring of the timer.
I aim to train roughly 4-5 times a week. Since training I base my meals on my training times to either eat before with enough time to digest or have a meal prepared after and not leave it too late. I have also found I eat healthier foods to make me feel good and provide myself with energy.
Going to the studio is something that I look forward to within my day. I enjoy going into the studio because I can break up my day with something that I enjoy in a positive environment.
What I like most about Terrific Fitness is the positive and attentive coaches and I love the encouragement while working out which keeps me going and how our coaches adjust our form when needed to ensure I am doing the best for my body.” – Remy Judd
