Today we celebrate the goal smashing PJ Batsakis!
PJ at the young age of almost 14, has stepped back into the studio working with me, Coach Jamie. With a goal of fat loss and working predominantly with strength training, PJ and I have been working on food diary analysis, goal setting and training with nutrition coaching. PJ already knowing his intolerances and allergies was put to the test of surviving back to school routine, beach trips and family events for two weeks.
Needless to say, PJ was out on a mission and he completely smashed his two week nutrition boot camp!!!With a total of 3.1kg of weight down, PJ smashed his goal of hitting under 20% body fat in just the first week!! He is now sitting at 18.2% absolutely smashing the goal to bits! PJ has evolved into a stronger more confident young man in a matter of just two weeks. Challenges are hard yet PJ took every challenge by the horns and proved over and over what a dedicated, determined, hardworking man he is!
Congratulations not only for completing boot camp but on all your amazing results PJ! This is just the beginning……. XXX

PJ I couldn’t be more proud of you my love!!! PJ, like all kids, has battled remote learning over the last 2 years, going from a super active kid, to one that sat behind his computer playing video games, to maintain some sort of connection with his friends. He was also snacking a lot more than he ever has, eating out of boredom. Throw that in the midst of adolescent changes, he found himself feeling more uncomfortable in his own skin with the changes in his body.
The hardest part for me as his mum was despite me being a PT and Nutrition Coach, I couldn’t get him to listen to me; that’s normal in this industry, don’t work with family lol. As such, I asked Coach Jamie to start Personal Training with PJ to help him get active again and reignite his passion for training. Jamie being the legend she is, took it to the next level and encouraged him to participate in Nutrition Coaching with her and complete the Nutrition Boot Camp. PJ adores Jamie and has the utmost respect for her, so took her advice and away he went.
Jamie sent me his meal plan and together PJ and I prepped his food. I taught him how to prep, how to cover all his nutrient requirements, so her can understand the logic behind the process. Jamie had explained the benefit of re-setting his hormones with 100% clean eating, breaking the lockdown sugar addiction that he had developed and eating plenty of food for his growing body. Nutrition Boot camp is not about starving and deprivation; it’s about learning how to eat more food, the right food, to help nourish and benefit your body, including your hormones that dictate absolutely everything.
Fast forward 14 days, PJ has discovered a newfound respect for himself, his achievements, and is loving being back to his regular self of being leaner, more active and more agile. He is moving more freely with less aches and pains and above all else, is super proud of himself, as he should be.
I am super grateful to Jamie for helping my boy get through some tough times and help him be his true self again. Congratulations on a sensational job Coach Jamie and PJ!! I am super proud of both of you!!! Dynamic team!
It just goes to show, with the right support, you can do anything you set your mind to.

I lost over 3.1kg in just under 2 weeks and feel like a completely different person. I have overcome my mental roadblock of having no commitment to anything, and now can commit to anything I put my mind to.
I love the confidence that joining TF has given me and I feel like a whole new person after dropping all that weight.
I train twice a week, but it feels more like 5. The nutrition boot camp was difficult at the start to say the least, and the sugar withdrawals weren’t any better, but once I passed the first stages of the boot camp, it just felt like normal life.” – PJ Batsakis
