Today we celebrate Shraddha Patel.
If there is a member that set out a plan to achieve and devote the commitment to stay with the program, Shraddha would have to be a great example. Shraddha finds a balance of her shift work and studies, to remain on track and frequent with her training. What has begun as a lead off into a new venture of discovering her capabilities, trying new exercise classes and becoming one of the Terrific Fitness (TF) community, has developed into better movement, improvements in lifestyle and achieving basic goals and setting new ones. As a group class coach, I’ve seen Shraddha take on some challenging tasks in some of the group classes. Shraddha has seen amazing results thus far, but is still working towards bigger goals. Stay tuned for her development in coming months, with an updated story.

Shraddha’s story in her words.
“Before I joined Terrific Fitness I had difficulty with consistency for any kind of exercise and a commitment to improve my physical strength. With the support of amazing coaches from Terrific Fitness I have managed to exercises consistently for past few months which I have never been able to do before. I have improved my physical fitness significantly since I joined Terrific Fitness at the start of Nov 2021, and I hope to keep improving my physical health as well as overcome mental barrier to achieve overall fitness.
I have gained physical strength and still improving. I am training at least 3 to 4 times a week, which is a significant improvement for me. Terrific Fitness has made me more committed to my health and well-being.” – Shraddha Patel
